Michelle was one of my closest friends...she was a vibrant, loving presence with a smile that would light up a room. She loved life, and was taken at a tender age--our sophomore year. She lived her short life to the brim, almost as though she knew her time was limited, she is missed...
`Double what Mark said. I remember right before we left for that summer, probably the last week of school a few of us were talking and she was wearing a very long sweater with a skirt. Tom Newton said to her it looked like it was just a sweater and a belt. We all had a laugh even Michelle. She had a great outgoing personality and warmth.
I met Michelle when she moved into my neighborhood. Though I was not one of the group she hung out with, we walked home from school together alot and she would come over to my house to hang out. Michelle was a beautiful, sweet girl. She was a bit edgy and adventuresome for this very shy girl, but I envied that about her. I enjoyed her friendship. She got me to smoke my first cigarette, something I did not continue, thankfully, but she got me to do it! HA! It was so sad when she died and so hard to believe. Such a beautiful life taken too soon.
She was my constant companion, a bit of a rebel. We did everything together, at one point even bought twin dresses😂. She brought me out of my shell for which I will always be grateful! Went to her funeral in Maine total blur... she had gone there for her grandmother's funeral. Car accident took her, saddest day ever! ❤️>

50 plus years have passed and the memory of Michelle still stays fresh in my mind. Her smile, warmth and zest for life are unforgettable !!

I never knew Michelle that well, but the one thing I remember about her was her sweet smile.
